About Widespread Malus

We plant, manage and harvest apple trees in Boulder County, Colorado.

Our goals include: educating children and adults about apples and local agriculture; preserving the wild apple genetics represented in the USDA collection in Geneva, NY; repopulating Boulder County with a diverse set of apples for eating, baking, juicing and cider; working with local land owners and managers to support other, non-apple, agricultural production with the installation and maintenance of windbreaks incorporating apple trees; support local and native pollinators with habitat and food resources.
